good critique! Ok, here's the skinny...I haven't arted in 7 years! Bro, I'm a lover of art, a creator, as God has blessed me, and a wanderer. My work, that I've posted, is early, craggy, nearly whole (but thankfully not). I'm working on regaining the swagger, so to speak. What I want is to work into what God's blessed me with, though I've been away from it for a while. I'm going to start slowly, then move in as God permits. I'm stoked! Seriously, I want to start from the point from which I left off, but that's crazy talk.

Next is next - I'm not in control.

Thank you, a ton, for your honest feedback. I hope to post more as I grow. I have the talent, using it is what's next.

How're you? How's the pregnancy going? Peace, amigo.

Okay, I tried to leave this comment a few nights ago, but suddenly the website was down for maintenance. So it didn't go through. Now I have to try to remember what I was saying:
hmm... I think there is a level of naivete in some of your markings, but really great facility in the classical elements (like proportions, etc.). I enjoy them both. Are you conscious of these things? Do you plan to experiment with your approach to drawing further, in more ways, to a more extreme? I'd be interested to see if you did.

Deep Comment:
Leonardo meets Manet
i.e. the Symmetria of Vitruvius meets pentimenti
What do I mean?

Thanks for the comment on my page, T, and here's a book on art that I recommend (as a matter of fact it's the most beautiful thing I've ever read about art).

I like the work you posted. Should I say something deep about it?

Thanks, Travis,
It think it was Fran and also Kim who had read it along with Jennifer. I'm going to get a copy too.
Thanks for remembering.
